Unlike other online running coaches, we don’t offer multi-teared levels of advice. We offer every client the same dedicated approach with ongoing communications to guide you every step of the way.
With a vast and varied running background, Paul has helped runners of all abilities for the last 25 years.
Having represented England on the track, road and cross-country at distances ranging from 3000m to half-marathon and competed at distances from One mile to One hundred his running background is unapparelled.
With over 20 years-experience as a sport therapist, he also knows a thing or two about injuries and appreciates the challenges faced by those following an intensive training program.
As well as helping athletes Paul runs his own running stores and is a certified PHITS Orthotics specialist.
- Personal Bests: 1mile – 3min56sec, 5K – 13min 55sec, 10K – 29min 35sec, Half Marathon – 64min 55sec & Marathon – 2hr 35min

Alfie has competed in the sport for the last 14 years and has seen plenty of the ups and downs in that time. Since the start of 2020, being the creator and owner of Trackstaa, has created many opportunities to learn and speak to some of the World’s most knowledgable and experienced athletes/coaches.
Alfie has competed at a national and international level at distances from 1500m to 10k. Along with this, his passion for the sport has lead to a drive to educate himself extensively on all aspects of running performance.
After recovering from a Heart condition and countless injuries in the past, empathising with athletes who face differing situations comes natural. Because of the past struggles, Alfie sees the importance in flexability as well as indivualising training plans to the finest detail.
