Max Burgin 800m World Record holder

Max Burgin, is at the top of the current British 800m prospects list. Which is arguably the best junior age group in British 800m history. With 7 runners running 1:47 or faster in the u20 age group. Burgin stated his dominance in the European under 18 championships where he front ran a 1:47.36 shortly after a heats and semi final. This was also just after his 16th birthday.

His previous performances however, were all blown out of the water after his 1:45.36, which he ran just after turning 17, front running, on a windy track. Video below.
